Dibawah ini dilampirkan daftar korban rakyat Acheh yang dibunuh oleh pasukan algojo TNI atas perintah mbah Djoko Santoso, Endriartono Sutarto, Supiadin Yusuf Adi Saputra dan mbah Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dengan Surat Izin Membunuh-nya.

SPECIAL REPORT. Child abuse:

 

Victim: Ridwan A. Rahman, 11, m, pupil of MIN Alue Lhok, Peureulak Timur.

Chronology:

  1. 23.05.05, 0900h TNI Yonif 200 Raiders took and tortured the boy. He was released at 1800h same day.
  2. 24.05.05, 0700h TNI Marines Battalion 08 posted at Gp Seuneubok Teupien took its turn to arrest and torture the boy.
  3. 26.05.05, 1700h the mother of the boy came to the TNI Marines post. The TNI declared the boy has been missing.
  4. 26.05.05, 1930h the boy was seen being transferred to SGI post at Alue Nireh.
  5. 28.05.05, 1300h the Head of Peureulak Timur Subdistrict, Capt. Dafri Warman backed up by units from Battalion 511 Kostrad gathered villagers in the boy’s village. He insisted that villagers must testify, whenever it becomes necessary, that the boy is “Tukang Bantu GAM” (GAM helper). He warned, if any of the villagers defies this order he would prosecute one.
  6. 29.05.05, 1335h the boy (Ridwan A. Rahman) is no longer visible in the post neither is he returned to his family.

A large TNI joint forces comprising a variety of army battalions including the special unit Kopassus have been launching a major scale military operation in vast areas of Pidie.

TNI Yonif 515 led by 1st Leut. Yanto Harsono launched a pre-dawn raids against houses in the said villages. People have lost variety of belongings in the raid.

One platoon of TNI Marines Battalion 08 and one platoon of Marines Battalion 03 launched SaDO by shelling mangrove swampy areas in Peureulak Timur. As usual, villagers always have to bear the suffer from TNI brutality. One schoolboy aged 14 years who was returning home from school passing the troops was brutalized and forced to carry 10 jerricans of water to their makeshift post from a-3 km away fresh water well. He was released at 1700h.

TNI took hostage and tortured a civilian Amri Muhammad, 27, farmer, resident of Gp Dama Pulo. The hostage is at SGI post at Gp Tanoh Anoe, Idi Rayek, East Acheh.

Notorious Capt. Kopassus Tata Ardiansyah (Safrina’s kidnapper) who leads SGI in Sungai Raya again took and a civilian and tortured him for 3 hours and then let him go. The victim was asked info on GAM whereabouts and he didn’t know the answer.

TNI Yonif 303 and 512 launched SaDO to the area. Two unarmed on leave TNA members ran into the marauding forces. The two were tortured to unrecognizable shape and killed. They were:

  2. Si Abi, 26.

TNI forbade people from removing the dead bodies for proper burial. They were decomposed in the field.

German and Malaysian Humanitarian Activists entered the village to check a housing project for victims of tsunami they have funded. TNI was enraged by their presence started beating the project workers and shooting in the air. The TNI demanded the project be in its hand and it is up to TNI to employ whom. The beatings were seen by those scared foreigners who also fled later and shut down the project. Seven workers were injured.

TNI Yonif 330 Kostrad posted at Gp Jambo Reuhat led by 1st Sgt. Suwarso, and plus 8 teams of other non-post TNI from same battalion attacked TNA unit Sagoe Dama Puteh D4/Idi-WP. Ensuing fire exchange lasted after 30 minutes. TNI sent more enforcement to the area. TNA withdrew.

A woman beheaded. The victim’s relatives reported that Ms. Syarifah, 55, resident of Alue Thoe. She was picked up by members of TNI Battalion 312 posted at Gp Alue Bugeng at 2100h 03.06.05. Her beheaded body was found on street at 1600h 04.06.05.

TNI used human shield in its operation against TNI. A fire exchange has occurred. A number of people, TNI and civilian, have been killed or wounded.

TNI soldiers at large have been reported to have been taking opportunity of people fears. They ask money from anyone they consider of having it. They looted valuables in house search. They also robbed good number of motorcycle at roadblocks, deassembled, put them in box, and sent home to the TNI HQs of origin.

Bireuen Regent, Mr. Mustapha Geulanggang, ordered Peusangan Subdistrict Head to gather all GAM’s families in Peusangan to the regent’s office in Bireuen City. The purpose is still unknown. However, there is a planned rally on 14 June to demand TNI to stay.

A deep penetration TNI force from unknown battalion attacked TNA’s small post on the hill of Duson Pinto Angen. One TNA personnel, Sardjani Abdullah, was hit in the knee. In the aftermath, the kidnapped two (2) women in nearby village. They are Ratna Hasan and Fatriah Hasan. They are held at TNI’s post Gp Simpang Meureuboe, Makmur.

We have just intercepted TNI’ radio messages to all its field forces to gather civilian people through the use of hands of Camat (subdistrict head) and village heads. The colossal rally will be made on coming 14 June. The topic is “TNI MUST STAY IN ACEH”.
